6 easy steps to get your drain problem repaired and your claim paid

Step 1: If your drainage or sewage system is blocked or leaking. Call us request our Drain Unblock service, and we’ll send an approved local contractor to resolve your emergency quickly. If we suspect damage we will recommend a CCTV survey if a fault is found, we complete a full CCTV survey and report subject to the following steps.

Step 2: If your home or commercial premises are covered for accidental damage via an insurance policy. We can manage the claim for you and deal with the insurance company on your behalf.

Step 3: We need your authority to manage your claim. This is part of the FCA regulations we are authorised under. Download and print the authorisation form from this website, fill in your information, then send it back.

Step 4: We then submit the findings of our report, including the quotation, to you and to your insurance company and assist in the claim process for you.

Step 5: Your insurance company agrees the claim and we undertake the repair work to the drains. If you have an insurance excess amount, we ask you to pay this excess to us, insurer will pay us LESS your excess amount as you had agreed.

Step 6: We carry out the necessary repairs. The insurer pays Happy Drains and we pay our contractor.
